Preface

7.00A.M.-Imagination of Reality
Imagination- it is when you are making a visual picture in a brain, but you do not see it with your eyes.During the clairvoyance and
telepathy you see" with the help of special "centers of a nerve"-chakras and you see this picture in the brain.It is necessary to develop
in a brain a skill that lets you see visual pictures, sounds and smells...
Part1:Imagination of the smells.
*If you want, you can spray with any deodorant in a room that smells like an ocean.
*Lay down, close your eyes and channel into a psi-consciousness.
*Several times say in your mind: "I am laying down on the beach of an ocean with the closed eyes".However, do not imagine the looks
of the beach or its sound.
*Only imagine that you are feeling the smells with your nose:
-salty fresh ocean air;
-algae;
-orchids that are growing near the beach.
*Only then you will feel the smells real good-go right away into a part2.
Part2:Imagination of feeling smells and smelling.
*Imagine that you are feeling with the body:
-soft and warm sand;
-you are feeling with the skin the warmth of the south sunrays;
-nice and cold wind from an ocean;
*only when you will be able to feel really good the smells and the feeling of a smell, then go right away into a part3.
Part3: Imagination
of sounds, smells and a feeling of a smell.
*Imagine that you hear:
- the noise of the breakers;
-rustle of a wind in the bates of palms;
-twitter of the birds that are flying on top of you.
*Only when you will be able to take really good sounds+feeling of the smell+smells-then go right away into the part4.
Part4:Imagination of taste,sounds,smells and feeling of the smells.
*Imagine that on your tongue you are feeling the taste of salty ocean air.
*Only, when you will be able to take really good sounds+taste+Feeling of a smell+smells-then go right away into a part5.
Part5:Imagination of all senses.
*Imagine that you are opening your eyes and seeing:
-sparkling blue ocean;
-corral reef;
-on top of you coconut palms;
-soft white sand.
*Imagine how you are scooping the sand in the hand and it is slowly spilling between the fingers. It is necessary to see it+feel it with
the smell.
In many days when you will learn it good, you can do this exercise:
-sitting down or during the walk;
-to begin with the 5th part-->1st;
-walking on a beach and doing something.
Exercise for about two hours , every day.
8:30 P.M.-Positive planning of life.
Planning:
*First 3-4 hours, in every 2-3 days:
1.Think on a question: which values, goals and wishes until now determined your life? Write down your answer.
2.Think:how do you want to be-"perfectionist" of yourself? Write down an answer.
3.Think:When, where and how much have you went down from your "perfection"?
4.Imagine that there is not much time left for you to live.Think then:What kind of past life you should have, so that you would be happy
with it? Write an answer.
5.Think:Why you are not alike as your "perfection"? Under what influence have you made up this "perfection" of yourself? Write an
answer.
-Many people have made their perfection under the influence of other people.
6.Think: Who has ruled your past life- you, your accidents or incidents,other person? Write an answer.
7.Think:what are you planning to do in your nearest future, so that in the end of your life you would be left very happy with it? Write an
answer.
*Then-during six months period that is about once a month:
-Read your notes after the last exercise of the life planning;
-Imagine that there is not much time left for you to live-think then, what kind of past life there is should be for you so that you will be
happy with it?
-If you have changed your mind-fix that is written incorrectly and write down more.
*Think:what you are planning to do in your nearest future so that in the end of your life you would be left happy with it?
-If you have changed your mind, so fix what is incorrect and write down more.
Check every day, in the evening:
*Read your notes on the last exercise of the life panning.
*Think:Today the your values have controlled you, that you have determined in the planning.Write down an answer:Yes or No.
*If the answer is "No"-think:when and why you have changed on these values? Write down an answer.
You need to plan your life about one hour, check for about five minutes.
10:00 P.M.-Psychometrics.
This is when you are holding any object in your hand-->making up any question,--> it passes through the nerves look like the impulses
of spatial energy,-->it is going until the skin of a hand wrist-->goes into the object,-->object "responds" an answer that looks like an
impulse of the energy-->passing through the hands and is going by the nerves-->stops at the brain and visions, sounds appear in a
brain.
*You will find out from an object what has happened in the past with it and around it. At first, exercise many times with the closest
object for you.Then, you can take an object from another person, so that after the exercise you can check-have you found out correctly
the history of this object. Put this object near you.
*Sit by the table.Channel into the psi-consciousness.Take this object with the both of your hands.
*Imagine, that you have a very strong wish,-so that an object would tell you its history with the help of energy impulses.Wait for its
history that would look like visions, tastes, sounds, feelings of the smell and smells.
*In your consciousness sounds and visions will appear...You will "see" with the position from an object's place, where have it been
before the beginning of an exercise.
*Imagine again, that the wish has appeared-that the object would explain about its most farther past.
*In your consciousness the visions will appear, for example the store, where you have bought an object and you will see yourself
amongst the people.
*This way, channel more into the past.
Exercise for 10-60 minutes,every day.
-Telemetrics.
*Take any object, that was close to you for a long time.Put it, for example on a street where are people. It should be on a distance of
50-500 meters from the place, where you will be exercise. You can hide this object, so that it will be invisible, because it can "see" the
street through any objects.
*Return home, sit down.Channel into a psi-consciousness.
*Imagine this object strongly and brightly.
*Imagine that you have a very strong wish,-see and hear...everything that is going on around this object.
*In your consciousness the visions and sounds will appear...You will "see" from the position of an object's place, where have you put it.
*Imagine, that your consciousness is going back in your body and you see only what is surrounding you, your present.
Exercise for about one hour, you can do it every day.
