Emmanual Kant  was studying also metaphysics and logics. In his childhood he had a weak health. All his life was
measured, counted and precised to an accurate chronometer. At  night-
10:00P.M., he went to sleep and at  5A.M. in the
morning woke up and during the 30 years of his life, he never woke up not on time. At 7:00 P.M. sharp, he was going
outside for walking. The residents of Konnignsberg ( modern city of Kaliningrad) were checking their time with him. He lived
80 years, he was single and he made a program for himself, in order to achieve the goals that he wanted in life.
1) Hold your head, feet and chest in a cold temperature; wash your feet in the iced water, so that your blood circulatory
vessels will not get weakened that are taken away from the heart.
2) Sleep less- since, "a bed- is the nest of the diseases". Only sleep at night, with short and deep dream. If a dream does
not come by itself, then you need to know how to call it.
3)Move alot, serve yourself and go outside in any weather.
4)At the dinner and during the walking - it is harmful to think, you can't force your stomach, head and feet to work
stimultaneously.
5)You must disengage from the fluids  and possibly hold yourself from drinking.
