| *1) Water. Water washes away stress very good. It can be just by simply taking a shower or drinking a water. It does not matter. Do not you have this opportunity? You should do as following: turn on the strong fountain a cold water, so that it will spread until the bottom of a sink and sit down in a way that you can get the smallest sparkling drops of a cold and fresh water. Than, you should breath with that for 7-10 minutes. This way you feel how the stress, pressure and headaches are go away. You should fill up the sink with the cold water and inhale deeply by letting you bottom part of the face ,and nose go down into the water. Please, be careful though and do not drown yourself in. Afterwards, you should slowly breath out through the slightly closed lips, as if you let the smoke of irritation out from your system. *2) Your dreams and good memories. Sit down in a comfortable chair for you. Close your eyes and relax. Try your best not to think about anything or simply concentrate and try to recall your nice memories. You should try to remember something that will fill up your soul with warmth and brighten your face with the smile. You should remain in that stage at least for 5-10 minutes. *3) Relaxation. You can do several exercises with relaxation. A) Lay down on your back. Separate your legs and put your toes out. Stretch your hands lengthwise from your body with your palms pointing upwards. Relax, close your eyes and breath through your nose. Imagine a room where you are located yourself and in your mind walk this whole room by the perimeter from left to right and backwards. B)Now, deeply inhale and for the moment hold your breath and simultaneously for the few seconds press all your muscles of the body. During when you breath out, relax completely all your muscles of the body. Repeat this eerie three times. C)Afterwards, Lay down calmly for several minutes by completely relaxing yourself and concentrate on a feeling of a nice gravitational force of your body. (weightlessness) *4) Anti-stress breathing. Breath deeply in and out. You should slowly inhale through the nose and by the peek of the inhalation- hold your breath for a moment. Afterwards, very slowly breath out. The breathing out process should be more continual than your inhalation process. Relaxation starts especially currently during this breathing process. A slow breathing lets you inside your body to consecutively antistress yourself. Such as; your heart beat rate is slower than usually and a high blood pressure goes down. |
