Preface

If you decided to become a psychic, than this chapter is for you. Even though, if you become a good psychic, you need to
spend on this many years of successful and hard work. You need to practice all the time. Everything that you had
succeeded , you need to use it for helping others and toward the good things. Do not use anything that you have learned in
extrasensory against someone else, only this way you will be successful in the high results. In these studies, you need to
put certain goals and sub goals, also you need to pursue them step by step. If you did not pursue the small goal, do not try
to pursue the bigger one. Do everything little by little and in order from smallest to biggest. The goals that are easier, they
will be faster pursuable if you learn by the experienced extrasensory individual. If you are not afraid of difficulties, you are
able to pursue any goal and you can devote to this your whole life, then you will get there. It is very important that you put
spiritual treasures higher than material treasures, happiness of others put higher than your happiness, helping the needy
people - put this higher than your prosperity. The more goodness and helping you do to others, the more spiritual highness
you will pursue and it is easier, and faster to pursue goals in the extrasensory field.

Introductory exercises

How to do these exercises?

All the exercises are united in 12 groups- each group is intended for the certain month. Each month, you should do those
exercises that are listed under that month. You can begin from any month. Certain exercises by the first year-you will not be
able to do, this is not so bad- just try to do them, and maximum try your best in it.Afterwards, when you will come back to
those exercises and you will be able to do them,it will be getting much better. Repeat all the 12 groups in a circle, many
years. This way, some exercises you will be able to do in the first year, others you will be able to do on the 3rd year and
others you will be able to do in ten years, some you will be able to do in 20 years. For every exercise there is the certain
time, when you need to do it. You can change this time, but it is better to do them every day in the same time. You need to
follow these orders of exercises for the first three to seven years, afterwards you can determine when, which exercises you
need to do and their continuation. You need to take a notebook, in which after an each exercise, write down: date, the time
of when you have started an exercise, the name of an exercise, the continuation of an exercise, short description of your
actions and the result. Before an exercise, it is useful to burn some plants( their smell is acting on the mind),-essences. It
can be : special sticks, that you can just burn them and they will be smoldering; or some special oil that you can put few
drops of it in a cup and you can warm the candles-aero lamp; or a dried plant- put it on a piece of foil paper and warm it on
the candle. However, you can exercise without an essences.

Action of an essences:

A) To widen the consciousness and to get up your sensitivity: ivy, camphor, nutmeg, poplar, incense.
B) Clairvoyance: aloe, arnica, ivy, nutmeg, poplar, incense.
C) Acceptance of a cosmic energy: aloe, ivy, the semen of ash berry, elder berry, camphor, sandalwood, the roots of violet.
D) Relaxing and calming: arnica, lavender, myrrh, tansy.

During the exercises, it is useful to lighten the room with the colored lamps-the color is acting on the mind. However, you
can exercise without colored lighting. How to use the colors:
A) Purple-Red: the acceptance of a cosmic energy, to widen the consciousness, clairvoyance, psycho kinesis.
B) Green: the acceptance of a cosmic energy, to persuade the relaxation in to yourself, co-ordination of vibrating your
physical body, uniting of the body and all the life on earth.
C) Violet: concentrating of the attention, widening of the consciousness, emptiness of the consciousness, imagination, to
get out from your physical body, mind-reading, levitation, materialization, telepathic influence.
D) Greenish-blue: relaxation and calming.

Before the two hours of exercise, do not take: heavy food, medicine, alcohol drinks, drugs, and not even coffee. You should
be rested well. Directly, until the beginning of the exercises you should be calm, it is the best condition of a bright
calmness. You need to do it this way that nobody distract you. At first, you need to submerge into the second step of the
consciousness or of the PSI-consciousness. Afterwards, when you are in a second step or in a PSI-consciousness- you
need to do the exercise itself.
During the exercise:
A) you need to be maximum relaxed and calm.
B) when you will be imagining, in front of your spiritual look should be the same bright picture, as if you would see it with
your own eyes in reality. You should see imagining picture unstopping and this picture should not fade nor become clouded
C)during this time, do not think about anything else ( except think about the exercise), consciousness should be really
empty.
D) Concentrate fully all your attention on the exercise. Exercise should fill fully all the consciousness, so that no thought can
enter. Perception should be vanished of the surrounding world and time. You need to flow with the exercise. It should
seems as if you are that exercise.
E) You should be fully confident in success of this exercise.

Second step of the consciousness.

* Lay down on a bed or a couch , on your back. Put the pillow under your head. Put your hands along with your body, turn
your palms in.
* Relax fully.
* Do the long and unstoppable inhale, under this saying with your mind “ I-I-n-n-h-h-a-a-l-l-e-e-” , then unstopping the breath-
do the same way exhalation by saying it in your mind “e-e-x-x-h-h-a-a-l-l-e-e-”.
* After this inhalation and exhalation do not control your breathing anymore. Let it go by itself.
And follow on your breath- on every breath - you say in your mind “inhale”- when you in -hale and when you exhale you say
in your mind “ exhale”.
*If you flounder, you forget to think “inhale“,” exhale” and the thoughts are going astray , then with the beginning of the next
inhale- start to think again “inhale-exhale”.
*In a certain time, when you will calm down, the words” inhale-exhale” slowly- and slowly freezing and vanishing. Do not try
to do so that the words would vanish, they just vanish themselves when they want to.
*In your mind say simultaneously with sending thoughts on the counting body part, take a trip of your body, and in order one
by one maximum relaxing: “ fully relaxed- the right big finger… left big finger… right index finger… left index finger… right
middle finger… left middle finger… left ring finger… right … left pinky finger…right… the whole left wrist is relaxed… the
whole right… the whole left hand… the whole right…The right toe is relaxed… the left toe… the right foot… the left foot…
head… face ( to pay close attention)… neck… back of the head… breast… back… the bottom of the stomach…area of
the kidney…pelvis… All the body is relaxed… all the organs… muscles and tendons…bones and spinal cord…blood and
blood vessels… nerves…glands…heart…brain…(Heart and brain relax extra, one more time and much better!) All of the
cells of the body is relaxed… They harmonize with the vibrations of the free cosmic energy…”
* In every counting body part the warmth and hardness should start. It should vanish all of the body senses. It means that the
second step of consciousness is pursued. Before you do the basic exercises, at first you must learn to come into the step
of the consciousness. Do this exercise five to ten times. By decreasing time little by little on submerging from 20 minutes in
a beginning till five minutes. Only when the second step of the consciousness will be mastered, you can go to the exercises
from 12 groups.

PSI-consciousness.

Nervous system of the human brain is sending the information that seems like the electric vibrations. The neatness of those
vibrations, when the person is located:
A) in normal and bright condition 20-25 hertz( vibrations per second);
B) in relaxed and bright condition 8-12 hertz;
C)During , the fast dreaming 0.3-4 hertz.
Sub consciousness- part of the brain where it is connected to the spinal cord. Sub consciousness rules with the blood-
circulation, breathing, instinctive moves…; in sub consciousness there is own memory in which gathered the experience of
life in human being for milliards of years( it passes through the genes in DNA). In a subconsciousness there are vibrations
that are always in neatness of 4-7 hertz. As far as information exchange is concerned, the brain must have a neatness of
vibrations 4-7 hertz, for example it can be during the sleep or in the condition of PSI-consciousness.

Step 1:
*Draw on the sheet of paper the wavy lines.
*Sit down and put in front of yourself the drawing of those waves for meditation.
*The distance from that picture till your eyes are 40 centimeters.
*Put your head down this way, that when you look with your eyes on top - then the drawing can be seen in the top part of the
vision fields. Look like this on a drawing.
*Imagine that you do not feel your body, just like in a second step of consciousness.
*Do not think about anything, the consciousness should be empty.
* Imagine that in your brain is happening electric vibrations in neatness of four vibrations in second( or seven, if the picture
of the waves are for the concentration).
*During this time, you say the Mantra to yourself: “ PSI-IIIIII…PSI-IIIIII…” (Mantra it is the word that usually you can
concentrate on).
*Continue saying Mantra rhythmically and in one tone, enjoy by pronounciating it. Play with Mantra, experiment with its
sounding.
*You can softly rock in rhythm of Mantra.
*Whisper the Mantra quietly and quietly.
* Do not control with Mantra.
*Let Mantra( turn around) in the consciousness.
*Let Mantra change the way Mantra wants, whether to be louder or quieter, vanish or appear again, widen or become
faster. Listen to Mantra. Meditation is like drift on the river in the boat without oars. We do not need oars, since we do not
have a goal!
*Now, your thoughts will not look like words, but they would look likes the dreams. This is a PSI-consciousness.
Step2:
*Do not put in front of you a wave drawing. Close your eyes.
*Imagine that you are submerging in a second step of consciousness.
*Do not think about anything, consciousness should be empty.
*Imagine that in your brain the electric vibrations are happening in neatness as they would in second.
*Roll your eyes on top. Imagine the drawing of waves in meditation.
*During this time, say in your mind Mantra: “PSI,PSI…”
*Repeat Mantra rhythmically and in one tone, enjoy while you are pronouncing it.
*Play with Mantra, experiment with her sounding.
Step3
*Sit down and close your eyes.
*With your mind, say Mantra:”PSIIII…PSIIIII…”
*In your imagination, will appear the drawing of waves in the meditation.
Step4:
* Sit down and close your eyes.
*Say with your mind Mantra:”PSIIII…PSIIII…”
*Before doing the basic exercises, at first you should learn to submerge into the PSI-consciousness really well. The
continuation of the exercises are 30 minutes every day. Alternate, one day exercise with the drawing of meditation , and
another day exercise with the drawing of concentration, then again meditation, concentration…At first, do the first step and
then another week do, the second step, and afterwards like this the 3rd step and the fourth step.
