| Preface 7:00 A.M.- Anti-stress Step1: If you are in a condition of self-hypnosis to experience on yourself usual, working stressing situation- that will be a good practice how to avoid stress. *Place yourself in a second step of consciousness or PSY-consciousness. * Imagine your usual stressing situation, from your work. Imagine it really bright and neatly, as far as it is possible. *Comparing to a “normal” behavior, now you control the situation yourself. *Stay calm and act in the imagining situation considered. *Enjoy the feeling of well-thought calmness and confidence, that you experience under this. * This is how you will learn in reality to come to the stressing situation calmly. Step2: *Submerge into the 2nd step of consciousness or PSY-consciousness. *In your mind say ( or listen recorded voice on the sound recorded or an audio): “ I am really calm and relaxed. In this incredible condition of calmness widely opened the steps to my sub consciousness… really widely opened. The next words come very easy and very deep in subconscious area of the brain and excitingly embody there indelibly. My sub consciousness always will be acting in union with these words. I am really calm, relaxed and opened. Everything that I will be doing, I will be doing fast and concentrated, remaining under that calm and balanced. All the problems that I will be solving, I will solve calmly and steady. Nothing ever could shock me, I will always remain calm. I know that I will be able to solve any situation, that is making me stronger. Miraculous force is washing my body and giving me confidence. This incredible feeling to be in a condition to tell: “I will be able to do this!” I know that I will be able to pursue anything that I want to and under that I will remain calm and steady. My calmness and confidence in myself grow from day to day. I become stronger. My health is stabilizing day to day… my health is stabilizing day to day. As soon, as I am going to bed all the problems and concerns are going away from me, I am falling asleep. My sleep is deep and strong! I am in a healthy, real dream that is bringing a rest. Every morning I am waking up fresh and rested. I am glad in every new day, I love my job, my friends and colleagues, my family. I feel well in my life situation. In every relationship my business is doing from day to day better and better!” *Make a pause for four minutes. “ From head to toes is filling me a deep joy from my good health. I feel more this incredible relaxation, that is filling up my whole body. In this incredible calmness, every cell of my body fills up with the new energy, fresh and unspeakably good. Now, I will be counting till 3, afterwards I will open my eyelids, with the full power and energy, I feel very fresh and healthy. One-two-three! My hands and feet are now really relaxed, easy, and it is easy to move freely with them. I feel as a newborn, fresh, and fully energized… there is nothing impossible for me, now.” Exercise how much you want. First of the two weeks - step1, Second of the two weeks-step2. 8:30 pm-spontaneously calm thoughts “black mirror”- circled glass 20 centimeters, concaves on 12 millimeters, convex side of a glass painted with the black paint, to look at the concaved. Simple or crystal ball for clairvoyance 7-11 cm. *take a “black mirror”, or the ball for clairvoyance, or the simple plane mirror. * sit comfortably in a chair, so that the mirror or the ball would be located on the level of your eyes, on the distance of 30 cm from your eyes. *hold your head strait. Look at the mirror or ball, do not take away your vision aside, do not blink. Look like this for a certain time. * place yourself into the 3rd step of consciousness ( or PSY- consciousness) * imagine, that in a mirror you see a scorching and turning disc. * the disc you must imagine brightly lightened, color should be from red-yellow to bright-yellow. You need to concentrate on a disc until, when you see this disk also brightly and distinctly- as under the opened eyes of the flamed candle, on the distance of 20 centimeters. * With the mind - decrease the flame’s size and intensive in candling. Afterwards, let it burn down , so that the black emptiness is remained. * consciousness is creating from vacuum, there is no thought. Try to save this condition as much as you can. * When you will notice that “ light has appeared in the darkness”( imagination is coming into the consciousness), again do the scorched disc, increase it and give the ability to turn, until the brightness pursues its beginning intensiveness. * Then, again let it burn down. *Repeat like this few times. Increase the continuation of a dark phase from time to time, simultaneously decrease the prolongation of lightness of the disc. *In several days of practices it will become easier. Then you should exercise without the mirror or a ball. Unstopping look right in front of you, calling from the empty place a disc. *Then, in several days- when this will be easier to do. You can exercise in a dark or a light room, under the lighting of the different colored lamps, standing up, laying down or under the walking. Exercise for 20 -30 minutes. You can do it every day. 10:00pm- Chakra VisionII The cosmic energy is radiates by all the objects. The heart chakra(“nervous center” inside of a chest) accepts this energy. The impulses are passing in the visionary center of the brain, there is happening the vision of an object,” seeable” of a heart chakra. Step1: * Sit down by the table in a chair. * Tie your eyes with the black bandana. * Submerge into the 3rd step of consciousness (or PSY consciousness). *Let the helper put at the table in front of you any object, that you do not know( or you can put it yourself without a helper). *Place your hand on top of a table, try to tell where is this object. *You can concentrate on something that you can see that object (with your spiritual eye), so long until you are able to see clearly and brightly. *Take an object in your hand.
