| Preface 7.00 a.m. Against alcoholism. * Submerge into a PSY consciousness. * Mentally say (or hear, in advance made, a recorded sound on the tape recorder): " My tiredness is deep and strong, my body is heavy, as lead. I am breathing easy and in regular intervals, and I feel very good. I feel, how all the problems disappear from me. I feel very good. I want to and will solve all the problems. Nothing can change my intention, anymore. I do not need an alcohol anymore. Any binge interest is gone, and I am absolutely different to alcohol... it is absolutely different... It is absolutely different. I feel strong disgust to any form of alcohol drink. This disgust is more stronger...and stronger. There is a thought itself about alcohol that is not nice to me anymore. Under this fact, I feel a strong feeling of disgust to an alcohol. Always- when I see a liquor, this disgust is becoming more increased. From this moment, I will not be drinking an alcohol anymore.I will not let anything aver me from this purpose, because I am very glad, finally to do something for my health. Every day I feel better, and I will never ever take an alcohol drink anymore. I do not want and will not ever drink an alcohol anymore. My disgust to an alcohol becomes stronger and stronger,one look of the alcohol gives me not a nice feeling. Under the feeling of the alcohol smell, I feel bad.I do not like the thought itself about the alcohol , it gets the feeling of a strong disgust.If I ever will drink any shot of an alcohol, I will feel bad right away and I will feel even dizzy. It has came into my sub consciousness very deep, I will be acting to a strict correspondence to this. If i will ever drink again a shot of an alcohol, than I will feel so bad that I might even throw up. Because this, I will not do any similar trials and I will never drink an alcohol. I do not want it and I will never take an alcohol. Every time when I see an alcohol, my disgust to an alcohol increases. I am glad that I am not drinking an alcohol anymore. I am very happy without an alcohol that I don't need it. For this reason, nothing can bother to my intention.I don't want it and I will never take an alcohol, anymore. I don't want it and I will never take an alcohol. For this reason, I feel every day much better, I am glad and happy that I have finally did it. Finally, I am really independent again,really independent again! Now, I will count till three, then my hands and feet will become easy again, independent and movable. Afterwards, I will open my eyes and I will feel really fresh and healthy myself. 1-2-3. Eyes are opened. My hands and feet are easy and moving freely.I am full of energy and strengths, and I feel really good...I feel really healthy and fresh!" Do this exercise every day, you can do it two times a day. 8:30 P.M. Momentary concentration. Step1: *Submerge into the second step of consciousness. *Stop thinking. *Choose some point in a room. Loot at it by not moving your sight away. * Concentrate at this point. * Say whispering, quitely and mono-tonus: "Center...center...center..." * Consciousness should be filled with this place. Step2: *Everything is the same, only do not whisper mantra out loud- but mentally pronounce it. Step3: *Do everything as you did in a step1, only without even saying Mantra. Do not look at the choosen point in a room,but just imagine this point in a dark room ( or with the closed eyes). Step4: Concentrate on a imagined point of a room- step3. *When the consciousness is filled with this place, stop imagining it. Save this consciousness of the concentration as much as you can. First week do the step1, Second week do the step2,do every step each week and every day. first and second steps are 25 minutes each, thrid and fourth steps are 15 minutes each. 10:00 P.M. Psychokinesis test. This test will turn on your imagination and will give you a power. Psychokinesis means to move or to bend an object under the power of your imagination. * Take a plate made out of glass, pour the water in it - but do not fill up the sides of the plate with the water. Put( better with the twisters) big needle on this water, so the needle would swim. The needle should not touch the sides of a plate, if a needle sinks-put in a water few drops of an oil, and put a needle on a layer of an oil. Step1: * Sit down by the table, put in front of you a plate with a needle. The distance between the eyes and a needle should be 30 centimeters. * Mentally isolate yourself from an outside world, take away with your consciousness anything that bothers you. *Bring yourself into a condition of a " spiritual readiness", you can inspire yourself:" I am especially ready under the help of power and imagination to move an object. I feel the power of an imagination." *Do not think about anything, your consciousness should be really empty. *Concentrate on your own power of imagination. Remain in this condition for a few minutes. *Look at the needle,do not distract your view aside. * Imagine that the needle is spinning. * The needle must be spinning. * Then, other days you can try to spin the needle in the different sides or you can stop the needle. Look at the needle far away or near. Step2 *Put a match instead of a needle. *Submerge into the exercise like in a step1. *Hold your hands from a right and from a left by the plate on a distance of 3 centimeters. Do the circle motions with your hands. *Imagine that the match is spinning from the movements of a hand. Do every step for every 5 minutes, every day - you can do it 2 times. Back Next |
