| Preface 7:00A.M.- The feedback breathing. It is an absorption of cosmic energy during the breathing process together with the air. Cosmic energy is a special invisible light, also it is an electrically-charged rays. The forehead chakra is a nerve center which is located between an eyebrows. * The exercise you should do under the opened window. Lay down on your back. * Relax and imagine, that during your inhalation and exhalation the cosmic energy fills up in you through your forehand chakra. * Make a deep exhalation. * for four seconds make a deep inhalation: at the beginning as far as you can-stick out a bottom part of your stomach, then the bottom part of your ribs, and then as far as you can the top part of your ribs and collar-bone. * for 16 seconds extend your breath and while you do that imagine that cosmic energy comes into you. * for eight seconds - make a deep inhalation:at first you pull in the bottom part of your stomach, then you pull in the bottom part of your ribs and then as far as you can - pull in the top part of your ribs. * for 16 seconds extend your breath. * you should repeat the cycle of your breathing:4 seconds inhalation-16 seconds of breath extension-8 seconds exhalation- 16 seconds breath extension. You should exercise for five minutes, every day. And then, all the time you should increase the continuation of this exersise.You should increase the continuation of a breathing cycle afterwards:5-20-10-20 until 16-64-32-64. 8:30 P.M.-Cosmic harmonization I Under the help of this exercise you can archive a Nirvana. * you can burn an essences:Ivy and Poplar, or you can use Laden and Sandal, or Camphor+Arnica+Ashberry. *Submerge into the second step of Consciousness. *In a first several days- you can visually imagine during your exercise how you are join yourself with outer space. And afterwards, you can recall your experiences of the blending with an outer space. * Quietly , but as strong as you can- whispering a mantra: " a joining with an outer space... a joining with an outer space..."(mantra- is the word that you concentrate on). *Repeat your mantra rhythmically and in one tone, enjoyably saying it. *Play with Mantra. Experiment it with the sound. * You can softly swing yourself in a rhythm of a mantra. *Whisper the mantra quite and quilter. *Do not control mantra, let a mantra "turn" in a conscience.Let the mantra change the way it want to- either it want to become louder or quilter, disappear and appear again, to expand or become faster. Listen to a mantra.Meditation is like a draft on a river in a boat without oars: we do not need an oars- since we do not have a goal. * Mantra should feel your whole conscience.Therefore, you will turn off for a moment from the outside world, your problems and your body. You should exercise for 25 minutes, every day. It is useful to do this exercise in the other months. You can use mantra:" Loving everything that exists!", "Help all the living organisms!" 10:00P.M.- The deep skill of perception. *You need a black or a dark blue candle. Put it in front of you, on a level of your eyes of a distance two meters from you. Light your candle. Make a full darkness in a room. *Look at the flame and fully submerge into it. *Do not put away your look at the flame and do not blink. Your eyes should be really calm and unmovable. *In a certain time you will feel that something is happening in you. *Your obstacles and inner blockages are dissolving. *You become more free inside and relaxed. * you feel with gratefulness consistent flow your spiritual energy. You should remain in this condition, until you will not move away entirely from your "ID", and until you will not stop realizing yourself. *Then, you will notice, that your perceptions got a really different quality. You could realize almost with supernatural clarity, that your spiritual aspirations do not have any boundaries. *You should remain in that condition, until you will not begin to feel your body and your outside world. *In the end of meditation: *Close your eyes. *Few times inhale deeply,let the stream of an air, goes on your whole organism, *Open your eyes again. -You should do this exercise for 15 minutes, one time per week. -Levitation of body parts. Levitation means to fly by the air under the help of an imaginative power. *Turn on the music- let it be the music of relaxation, trance like "enigma" or a special music for meditation. Not loud. Do not make a bright light. *Sit by the table. Put on a table in front of you a right hand. *In your mind, isolate yourself from an outside world and with your conscience throws away anything that bothers you. * Make a deep breaths in and deep breaths out.Imagine, how you are relaxing with every exhalation that follows.Imagine, that you are fully charging with an energy. *Put yourself in a condition of spiritual readiness and you can tell your mind: "I am especially ready under the help of imaginative power to raise my hand. I feel my power of imagination." *Concentrate on the power of imagination. Remain in this condition for several minutes. *Imagine that your hand becomes hard and warm. * Imagine that your hand becomes really hard and really warm. *Concentrate on how you feel your hand. *In your mind, travel on your whole hand until your shoulder. *Concentrate on your feelings of skin, muscles,tendons, and blood.Get a feeling of the way blood is coming through your arteries. *Imagine that your hand becomes easy and easier. Until you will not stop feeling your hand. *Imagine, how you move under your hand an "air pillow".And the hand under this pillow slowly puts the smoke up. *Follow at your feelings.If you will not feel well, then stop this exercise.Do this exercise when you feel well- one time per week.In a several days you can exercise with your fingers of a hand, with your foot, with your toes and with the fingers of your foot.
