| Preface 7:00A.M.-Visualization of a body This exercise will give you, powers and an experience that is necessary for the astral transference. *Put on an audio with the tape of the really relaxing music- such as "Enigma" or a special music for meditation. Do not make it loud. You can even burn an essences. * Lay down, relax and be calm. * With your mind, isolate yourself from an outside world and with your consciousness put any thing aside that bothers you. *Equally and calmly do the deep breathing. Imagine how you are relaxing with every following exhalation. Imagine that you are fully charging with an energy. * Put yourself in a condition of spiritual readiness- you can tell yourself: " I am especially ready under the help of the imaginative power to separate myself from my body. I feel a power of my imagination". * Concentrate on your own power of imagination. Remain in this condition for several minutes. Imagine that in a solar plexus is located a small, golden and shining balloon. * Imagine every part of your body in order and how this balloon is moving on it. Imagine that the balloon is charging with the energy- every part of your body. * You should be feeling well and you should feel the pulsation of an energy in the body. * Imagine you're laying your body fully. * You should come out from your body. Look at your body from aside. Exercise while you are feeling good, and you can even exercise two times a day, every day. 8:30 P.M.- Concentration on your hearing (2nd exercise) This agreement of your conscious vibrations with the spatial vibrations and all the life on earth. * Not so far away from your bed put the clock so that you can hear its ticking. * Submerge into a second step of your consciousness. * Fully concentrate on the ticking of the clock. *Imagine that you are moving with the ticking from the clock. *Imagine that "slipping into the clock", you have become yourself "ticking". In your organism, around yourself and in a whole space you are accepting only ticking. *Think about this rhythm of a clock and imagine that you are unisom with it. *Think that space and the earth is rhythm, tact and harmony. *The feeling of a time should disappear. When half of a hour is gone, it will be seem like few seconds are gone. Exercise for 30 minutes, once in two days or maybe you can do it every day. 10:00 P.M.- The brain practice through imaginations. Left side of a brain takes care of a logical thinking, the right side of a brain takes care of visionary thinking and feeling. European residents think more with the left side of a brain. This exercise develops the right side of a brain. Part1: *Sit down. Stand up slowly. Walk in a room a little bit saying to yourself that you are becoming more vivacious, consciousness is more active. And do the second part of this exercise right away. Part2: *Look up with the left eye, as if you are observing the left side of a brain. *Look up with the right eye, as if you are observing with the right side of a brain. Try to go vertically around with your eyes, as if they are going around exactly in a middle of a head. *Turn with your eyes two circles in a left side of your head and then do the same with the right side of your head. * Turn with your eyes many circles that come into one another. Circles are tilted under the different corners. Your whole head is full of circles. *Rest for a little bit and do not do anything. *Turn with the eyes a circle which is located horizontally on top of your eyes. The next circle is a little bit smaller. Do these circles until they are going to become dots. *Stop your eyes on these dots. Hold them while it is possible. But, do not be tense and don't hold your breath. *When your eyes will move from this point, do many circles again with your eyes that will come into the one point. * Do a several of deep breaths. Stand up slowly. Walk a little bit in a room, saying to yourself that you are becoming brighter and your consciousness is more active. Do right away part 3. Part3: *Imagine a right side of a brain. *Concentrate:on a right side of a brain, as a supernatural organ. *On top of gyro of cerebrum and burrs, *On a nerve that connects two sides of a brain, *On millions of brain cells... *Try to feel two sides of a brain. *Concentrate on your own scalp. *Think that in your brain chemical and electrical processes are going on. Exercise 45 minutes one time a week. Lucid dreaming. It is a control of your dreams. During a dream time you understand that you see a dream. *Open up your window. Lay down. Do a deep breath in and breath out. *Tell yourself in your mind: "Today, during my dreaming, I will be in a clear consciousness and I will be able to control with my events in a dream". *Consciously observe on you falling asleep. *When you are almost, fell asleep- imagine a place where your dream will be. *When you are fully asleep you will see this place. Exercise before you are going to sleep and during you are asleep,1-2 times per month. Astral displacement. It is when you are separating from your own body and you are moving on a surrounding world.You can come through walls and momentarily appear anywhere. *Turn on an audio, put a tape with a very calm music for meditation. Not loud. *Lay down. Relax and calm down. *With your mind, isolate yourself from an external world, with your consciousness put aside anything that bothers you. *Equally and calmly do the deep breaths in and out. Imagine, how you are relaxing with every following exhalation. Imagine that you are fully charging with an energy. *Concentrate your attention, in order, on every part of your body and relax these parts of a body. *Bring yourself into a condition of spiritual readiness- you can tell yourself: " I am not especially ready through the power of imagination to separate myself from my body and move in a world that surrounds me. *Do a deep breath in and out. *Imagine a place, where you want to transfer yourself and simultaneously in your mind tell yourself (several times): "Hardness...warmness... breathing... My breathing is calm and rhythmic... calm and rhythmic... calm and rhythmic... My consciousness remains clear and bright... clear and bright... perfectly clear and bright... I have chosen a place that attends my astral body...
